Consignment sale for new and gently used golf equipment, apparel, videos, books, gifts and more!

How it works:

  • Pre-register
  • Price & tag your own items with the barcode tagging system provided.
  • Bring your items and an inventory list to the sale drop-off day
  • Golf Santee will sell your items at the Golf Exchange for you
  • Pick-up or donate your unsold items on pick-up day
  • Checks (less commission and fee) will be mailed after the sale.

Fees: There is a $10.00 consignor fee regardless of the number of items consigned.  You will receive 75% of the selling price for all items sold.

If it has anything to do with golf we would love to try to sell it for you!  Golf clubs, golf bags, books, balls, flags, videos, clothes, gifts, decor, collectibles and more….
Items must be in good clean, working condition with minimal or no need for repair.

Items Needed for Tagging:
*White Cardstock or Business Card Paper (approx. 65/67 lb).  Please DO NOT use colored card stock unless instructed to do so – colored paper is reserved for high volume consignors to assist with sorting.
*Zip ties/Cable ties.  These keep your tags securely on your items.
*Scissors
*Clear packing tape for hole reinforcement
*Hole Punch

Tagging Instructions
*Register First.  Use the Register and Tag links on this page.   Your consignor number is your first and last initials and the last 4 digits of your phone number (ie. Mary Smith at 555-2367 would be MS2367).  Please also register on the registration page, this registration gives us additional needed information about who is dropping off/ picking up, etc.
*Enter Your Items
*Designate a Price
*Check the discount box if you want your item discounted on the last day.  On the last day of the sale, items can be reduced by 50%.  We do not negotiate prices and prices are not reduced for any reason until the last day.    If you do not want your items discounted, do not check the discount box.  If you do not check the discount box, the letters ND (for No Discount) will automatically be printed to the right of the price on your tag.  All tags without the letters ND will be reduced by 50% on the last day of the sale.
*Check the donate box for items you wish to donate if they are not sold during the duration of the sale.  A large letter X will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the tag if you choose this option.  Items with an X will not be available during pick-up if you change your mind. If you are unsure if you want to donate, do not mark the box, you can always donate at pick-up.
*Choose the size that best fits your item.  Not applicable and See Description are options if you do not see your size listed.
*Provide a description of the item.

!! Important !!  The actual tag that is attached to your item and is scanned at check -out register determines the price you are paid.  If you change the price of an item, change the tag also.

Q: Is there a consignment fee for consigning with Golf Santee Golf Exchange?
A: Yes, there is a $10.00 fee per consignor regardless of the number of items you bring.

Q: Can I still consign if I do not using the bar code tagging system?
A: Registering and bar code tagging are required.

Q: I cannot make it to drop-off. Can I have a friend drop off my items?
A: Yes. Please note on your registration who will be dropping off items for you.  Please make sure they have your inventory list and Consignor information.

Q: Can I have a friend pick -up my items?
A: Yes. Please note on your registration who will be picking up items for you.  They may be required to show a photo ID.

Q: What happens if I do not pick up my items?
A: All items not picked up by the end of the pick-up day become property of Golf Santee.  We courage you to make arrangements to have a friend or family member pick up if you are unable to attend.  Items will not be carried to another location for pick up at later time.

Q: I spy a prize! When I was dropping off items, I saw something I want.  Can I buy it now?
A: Shopping starts on Thursday.  Working Volunteers first, followed by consignors.  Be some of the first in the door on Thursday for best selections, but no, there is no early shopping or at drop-off.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: Cash at par.  Credit cards with a $3 processing fee at check-out.  Cash is the preferred method of payment.

Q: Are there ATMs available at the sale?
A: There are no ATMs in the building, however 4 bank ATMs within less than a mile.

Q: May I return an item I purchased from the sale?
A: Sorry, but all sales are final.  No refunds, exchanges, or credits.   As customary with consignment, all items are sold “as is”.  Inspect items thoroughly before purchase.

Q: When can I expect payment for items sold?
A: Checks are mailed 4-6 weeks after the close of the sale.
